Various boat rental solutions are available to challenge the sea. Alternatively, it is possible to rely on the experience of Salentoverticale that in addition to the boat also offers the support of experienced climbers of the various Deep Water sectors. The embarkations are located both in Santa Maria di Leuca or in the small marina of Novaglie
UNDOUBTEDLY ONE OF THE BEST SPOT IN EUROPE:
There are almost 10 kilometres of coastline which naturally represent one of the most striking spots for Deep Water Soloing in Europe. Around a hundred lines are currently envisaged yet an infinite number of limestone rock and caves are still to be discovered.
Most of the cliffs overhanging the sea can be easily reached by boat, which are available for rent in Santa Maria di Leuca or in Novaglie marina.
Some of these caves can also be reached on foot or with a simple inflatable boat or even a mattress. There is plenty of guides to climbing areas, as well as local guides with boat for Deep Water or rental. From May to October, the climate and the water temperature will allow all climbers to enjoy the sea and the amazing rocks in complete freedom.
